Zambia’s second Voluntary National Review was undertaken against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, Russia-Ukraine war, debt situation and climate change effects. It focuses on the progress made between 2019 and 2022, and highlights the key challenges Zambia is facing towards attaining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. The review reports on SDGs 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15 and 17.
